Embodied Becoming
Rediscovering yourself in midlife. An 8-week group for women whose roles are shifting, to let go of old stories and step into who you're becoming.
Book an introductory call"Who am I now?"
Maybe the kids have left home, your career is changing, a relationship has ended, or you simply wake up wondering, "Is this all there is?" The roles that shaped the first half of your life may no longer fit, and not knowing what comes next can feel unsettling.
In this group, we'll gently get to know the parts of you that have been running the show, like the pleaser, the achiever and the caretaker. Through values work and somatic practices, you'll learn to feel what's true for you now and shape a life that fits who you're becoming, alongside other women who understand.
